Education must evolve. At ProSolve, our new Human Skills Framework is at the center of everything we build. Grounded in three learning conditions—Human-Centered, Experiential, and Student-Driven—our framework is designed to develop the uniquely human capacities that thrive in an AI-powered world.
Framework Pillars
Built on Three Foundational Conditions:
Career Readiness,Redefined
Career readiness has never been static. It has shifted from physical labor to knowledge work—and now, in an AI-driven era, it demands something more: human intelligence. Employers consistently name adaptability, collaboration, empathy, and critical thinking as the skills that determine success.
At ProSolve, we equip students with those durable skills through our Human Skills Framework, ensuring they’re not just prepared for today’s jobs, but ready to thrive in careers—and industries—that don’t yet exist.

Problem Solving
The LXP Framework strengthens problem-solving skills by immersing students in simulated and real-world scenarios that build essential, lasting competencies.
Durable SkillsDurable Skills
The LXP Framework cultivates durable skills like adaptability and communication, preparing students for lifelong success in an evolving world.
Social SkillsSocial Skills
The LXP Framework strengthens social skills by fostering meaningful connections and effective communication, essential for whole child development
Soft Skills / 4CsSoft Skills/4Cs
The LXP Framework integrates soft skills and the 4Cs—communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity—empowering students to develop essential life skills for holistic growth and future success.
Student AgencyStudent Agency
The LXP Framework fosters student agency—where students take ownership of their learning—empowering them to make decisions, set goals, and drive their own educational journey.
Human Intelligence for Employability
Academic achievement matters. But true readiness comes when academics are paired with the human skills that power long-term success. Schools that focus on empathy, communication, problem-solving, and resilience see higher engagement, stronger culture, and measurable academic growth.
By making human skill development central to learning, ProSolve helps students not only excel in school, but enter the workforce as adaptable leaders who are prepared to shape the future.
Our Solutions Build Human Skills

QUEST immerses students in story-driven, game-based adventures that make learning Experiential. Every mission challenges students to solve authentic problems, practice collaboration, and communicate with purpose. Designed to be Human-Centered, QUEST reflects diverse perspectives and real-world relevance so every learner sees themselves in the story. By making choices and leading the action, students experience a Student-Driven journey that builds confidence, curiosity, and critical human skills.

SLED transforms classrooms into launchpads for Student-Driven exploration. Students take the lead on real-world design challenges, applying creativity and problem-solving to issues that matter to them. Each project is Experiential, rooted in hands-on making, iteration, and reflection. And because SLED is Human-Centered, projects adapt to student interests, communities, and cultures—ensuring learning feels relevant, meaningful, and empowering.

Professional development should model the learning we want for students. That’s why PD by ProSolve is Experiential—immersing educators in active, collaborative problem-solving. It’s Human-Centered, recognizing teachers as professionals with unique contexts, strengths, and needs. And it’s Student-Driven at its core, equipping educators to design classrooms where students own their learning. Through PD, educators gain the tools to embed the Human Skills Framework and create conditions where both students and schools thrive.
