Education Success Specialist/Lead Professional Development Trainer
Location: Northern California region. We will only be considering applicants in Modesto California and above.
Salary Range: $75, 000-$80,000 plus benefits
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic education professional to join our team as an Education Success Specialist (ESS). This role combines educational leadership with relationship building to champion ProSolve's experiential learning mission across Northern California. As an ESS, you will be the driving force behind customer success, leading professional development initiatives and fostering a culture of innovative learning in your territory. Through meaningful partnerships with district administrators and educators, your expertise will help transform traditional classroom environments into engaging, future-ready learning spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools and districts, understanding and addressing their needs, goals, and desired outcomes.
- Maintain rapport and build trust with end users throughout the territory, guiding and coaching them to success.
Account Management:
- Lead planning meetings with customers to align on goals, strategies, and timelines for product usage and events.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor customer health, assess product implementation success, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain organized documentation of customer and end-user interactions, implementation plans, and progress updates, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
Communication and Engagement:
- Maintain proactive and responsive communication with customers, promptly addressing inquiries and feedback to exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional support.
Training and Facilitation:
- Serve as the product expert and lead presenter in the assigned territory, supporting the regional sales team at marketing events and product demonstrations.
- Oversee the quality of all professional development and product trainings in assigned territory, and lead a team of regionalized trainers and facilitators to accomplish this goal.
- Deliver engaging and effective training modules including in-person, online, and blended learning, to enhance user knowledge and proficiency.
Implementation Strategy:
- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored success plans and customized implementation strategies based on their unique needs and goals.
- Provide expert guidance on curriculum integration, instructional best practices, and pedagogical strategies to maximize curriculum effectiveness.
Problem-Solving and Support:
- Proactively identify and address implementation challenges, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Provide prompt support to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build tools, assets, and processes that support customer goals and ensure a seamless experience with ProSolve products and services.
- This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction, activation, and retention, empowering educators to effectively utilize our experiential-learning-based curriculum and technology platforms.
Requirements:
- Reside in Northern California.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 3+ years of experience providing innovative, experiential learning in a classroom setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to addressing challenges.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to drive strategic decision-making and improve implementation outcomes.
- Organized, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Experience delivering professional development programs for educators.
- Experience coaching and providing support to teachers.
- Ability to provide leadership to a team of trainers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and subject matter experts.
- Strong presentation skills and engaging style for delivering adult learning experiences.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions efficiently.
- Experience in sales or ability to consult and support prospective customers
- Ability to adapt to changing plans and unforeseen circumstances while maintaining composure and finding solutions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to 4-5 training events per month, more in summer.
- Able to store sample products for training purposes or for use during virtual training with customers (8-12 boxes)
