Two Windows of Student Time. A Year of Actionable Data.

The Baseline and the Growth Check bookend the year. Students work in groups of three at a shared laptop while teachers facilitate, and the platform guides them through every step. Between the windows, HUB Action fits inside the school day alongside core instruction, so getting started doesn't mean new training, new prep, or new time you don't have.

Implementation

1

Configure and Align

Our implementation team maps HUB reporting to your district's frameworks and priorities. Whether you report against SEL competencies, Portrait of a Learner, or College and Career Readiness indicators, the data is aligned before the assessment is given.

2

Assess and Monitor

The Baseline establishes where students stand at the start of the year and the Growth Check measures movement at the end. Between them, Pulse Checks keep the data current, so you can see whether instruction is building the skills you're targeting. Teachers facilitate, and the platform handles scheduling, capture, and scoring.

3

Report at Every Level

Reports are available at the classroom, school, and district levels once scoring completes. Teachers see classwide needs and progress to target instruction. Principals see grade-level trends and where to direct resources. District leaders see system-wide growth and board-ready accountability data. Every report is mapped to the frameworks your district set at configuration, so one data source answers every reporting requirement you have.

4

Respond with Lessons and Play

Every report points to a next step. When the data shows a class developing unevenly in a skill, the platform surfaces the HUB Action lessons and Arcade experiences built to develop it, so teachers move from the report to the response without building anything themselves. Districts can also run lessons throughout the year to build human skills alongside the instruction already happening. Every lesson is scripted and complete: the instruction, the play, the reflection, and a Side Quest to carry the skill home.

5

Track Growth Over Time

A Pulse Check after each lesson shows whether students are growing in the targeted skill. The evidence builds lesson over lesson, so progress is visible across the year rather than waiting on a single moment to find out whether skill building is happening.
