Immersive Storytelling
UNLOCK opens with a mission. Dr. Dillpickle drops each team into Operation Save Humanity, where the job is to figure out how schools can unlock the human skills people need in an AI-powered world. The story sets the stakes and gives teams a shared challenge for gameplay.
Game Experience
The challenges live in a team-based game centered on one mission: Operation Save Humanity. Groups race the clock on open-ended problems with a shared goal: figure out how to build the human skills humanity needs. Fast, hands-on, and competitive, which is exactly what makes human skills surface.
Human Skills Report
As teams work, an AI companion listens and reflects back the human skills it sees, mapped to the Human Skills Framework. The report gives a team a shared snapshot of how they worked together, and a starting point for the conversation that follows.
Playbook
Every participant gets their own playbook to immerse in the experience start to finish. It builds a common language for human skills in an AI-powered world, gives teams structured space to reflect on how those skills show up, and captures thinking the team can act on. It stays useful long after the day ends.

Activate
Teams open the playbook and explore the Human Skills Framework, building a shared definition of the skills that matter in an AI world. Each person names where they stand, their own strengths, and the skills they want to grow. Everyone enters the challenges primed to practice human skills.
Play
Teams take on Operation Save Humanity, working open-ended challenges and using Eleanor, the AI predictor, to test bold "what if" ideas about the future of learning. As they work, an AI companion observes and scores how they collaborate and communicate. While the experience feels like play, it creates the conditions for human skills to flourish.
Reflect
With their report in hand, teams debrief together: what their strengths made possible, where the gaps showed, and why. The conversation stays candid because the evidence is real, and it gives a team a shared language for how they work that most teams never get.
Carry Forward
Before the day ends, teams name what they will build. After experiencing an environment that fosters human skills, each person commits to creating conditions in their own classroom, school, or team to enhance human skills.
