This three-part series is designed to provide facilitators, site leaders, and program directors with the tools they need to increase engagement, build skills for the whole child, and raise attendance rates through innovative out-of-school time programming. Join us for this interactive session to learn more about the Learning, Experienced (LXP) model; we’ll explore how to bring immersive experiences with collaborative discovery into extended learning programming and discuss the impact this has on students. You’ll leave with 5 hands-on experiential learning activities that can be used in your program the next day.

Join us for this highly engaging session on “Leveling Up” programming using the LXP model. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to design simple experiential learning experiences by working collaboratively to “Level Up” a tried and true out-of-school time activity to increase student engagement and enrich learning.

PLAY, CONNECT, CREATE
WITH LEARNING, EXPERIENCED (LXP)
In a dynamic and interactive session, we will discover the importance of Play, Connect, and Create and how to incorporate this into out-of-school programming. Participants will dive into the LXP model to discover actionable strategies for their programs. We will create an immersive learning experience that enhances student collaboration and collective problem-solving.

Chief Academic Officer
Michelle has served as an educator and district administrator for over 25 years. As the Chief Academic Officer, she supports ProSolve’s commitment to being a thought leader in the educational space as they reimagine a more student-centered ecosystem in which learners engage in immersive experiences to build academic skills and transfer social and emotional learning throughout the school environment and workforce. Michelle holds a doctorate in degree in Educational Leadership.
Jessica Marucci
Director of Experiential Professional Development
Jessica is committed to providing authentic and meaningful learning opportunities for both students and adults with 8+ years of experience in experiential education. As the Director of Experiential PD at ProSolve, she is dedicated to empowering and supporting educators in providing engaging learning experiences that target and cultivate Human Intelligence. Jessica holds a master’s degree in Education.
Tiffany Sawyer
Educational Designer
Tiffany is a former educator with 15 years of experience creating and leading meaningful educational opportunities for adults and children, focusing on experiential education. She is driven to create authentic and engaging educational experiences that help build and strengthen career readiness and professional growth. Tiffany holds a master’s degree in Education.
