A curriculum that develops human skills through real practice and measures whether students grew. Grounded in research, aligned to the Human Skills Framework, and backed by evidence.
Districts have made real commitments to human skills. The harder part has been finding a curriculum that develops them and proves it. Getting it right comes down to three things.
Students can learn what collaboration means and still not do it when a group is counting on them. An effective curriculum teaches the skill, then returns students to it across new situations that require them to use it.
Human skills taught as theory rarely take hold. An effective curriculum puts students in experiences where using the skill is the only way to move forward, so students stay in it long enough to build something real.
Most curricula cannot answer whether the skill actually grew. An effective curriculum measures the skill while students are using it and tracks it against a clear developmental progression. That is what turns a record of activities into evidence a district can report and defend.

Human skills do not grow from worksheets. The curriculum is built on research into how people develop lasting skills through immersive experience, intentional practice, and assessment for learning.
Focused Instruction
Every lesson is designed to do more than introduce a skill. It teaches the human skill directly, has students apply it the same day, and is designed so the skill carries over to the next challenge and to life beyond the classroom.
Experiential Learning
Skills grow when students use them. Within immersive, story-driven challenges, students take on roles and make real decisions with real stakes, applying skills like collaboration and perseverance in their behavior. A skill practiced that way, in the moment it matters, is one that holds up long after the experience ends.
Built-In Assessments
A Pulse Check is formative, an assessment for learning that runs while students work. As students move through a performance, it captures how they see their own application of the skill and their honest read of how they collaborated or problem-solved when it counted, so the curriculum can respond while there is still time to support them.

Explore Leadership CurriculumThe curriculum is built to strengthen what your district already prioritizes. Grounded in the Human Skills Framework, it supports, integrates with, and aligns to the initiatives you're already invested in.
Social Emotional Learning
The curriculum balances explicit and applied SEL, so students build vocabulary and then practice skills in real-world scenarios. Measurement shows whether the SEL investment is producing growth in the same competencies CASEL names.
